Concessions

ALQMA members will be required to pay the $80 work fee prior to signing in for the first race.

Please contact ******* to sign-up for a shift.

All members will be required to sign the work agreement which explains the work requirement.
Members will be paid $20 at the end of each sift.
If you choose not to pay the work fee, no trophies will be awarded to your driver.

Please refer to the work schedule above for available shifts.
YOU MUST SIGN-UP FOR A SHIFT ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

If no one has signed-up to work, this will allow enough time to hire outside help and members
will not be allowed to fill in. Please keep this in mind when needing to meet your $80 work fee requirements.

Concession Work Rules
as of 02/21/09

. A refundable $80.00 concession work fee must be paid by all ALQMA full memberships
before first race. No trophies will be awarded until fee is paid.

. All members are requested and needed to work 4 shifts during the 2009 racing season for full
refund of $80.00. An additional special year end gift will be presented to families who fulfill all

4 requested shifts

1. Two full shifts during regular club races-open to close
2. One-4 hour shift or two-2 hour shifts, during our Regional event weekend
3. One-4 hour shift or two-2 hour shifts, during our Coliseum event weekend

. All members will be given opportunity to work to receive 100% reimbursement of the $80.00
refundable work fee paid. Members will be reimbursed as they work during the season. There
will be no year end payouts.

. Members must sign-up one week in advance.

. Must be 16 years old to work in concessions, and must be approved by Concession Director.

. If help is needed for a shift in concessions a request will be made to all members to first work

against their refundable $80.00 work fee time. If no volunteers, a request will be made to
work for $20.00 for full shift of work. Offers will be made to Members first, then open to
anyone with Concession Directors consent. Fees will be paid at end of shift.

. Concession stand requires a maximum of 3 workers during ALQMA club races (1 shift)

.Concession stand requires a maximum of 5 workers for each shift Regional and Coliseum racing
weekends (3 shifts Saturday-2 shifts Sunday)

. Concessions must be open and staffed before any racing can begin.
